Here’s how it works: For the first half of the session, the instructors will give the students complete guidance. During the second half, there will be no formal instruction. The drawings from the second half will be an important part of the student’s presentation and will remain at HFA until a personal evaluation with the Director. Each participating student must bring a minimum of three pieces of their artwork (sculptures, paintings, drawings, sketchbooks, photographs…), which will also remain here to be included in the evaluation.
SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS ranging from $100 to $1,000
Scholarships can be used towards The Spring Session, The Summer Session, or The College Prep Portfolio Program.
While the competition is in progress, we would like to take the opportunity to invite the parents of the participants, to a presentation of our school and a discussion of the requirements for college entrance.
